The founder Mr.Packiaraj and his 20 years of experience in this field and his well groomed team of expertise marches towards an explicit vision. He has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Curriculum at GCT, Coimbatore, and MBA ( Finance & Operations ) in Jeppiaar Engineering college Chennai.

He is experienced in Industrial , Residential and Commercial Projects and Worked in Tarapore & Co, Sobha Developers, Sattva Engg and Caterpillar. He knows to speak in Tamil, English, Hindi and Kannada due to his nationwide field experience.
